A service key is a code provided by your employer so that you can receive an on-demand video visit at a discounted rate.

Examples of a service key include: Employee ID, Member ID or a coupon code given to you by your employer. If you do not know your service key, please contact your benefits administrator.

If you are enrolled in a Medical College of Wisconsin or Froedtert & MCW health plan, please use the following service keys:

• MCW health plan = Member ID
• F&MCW health plan = Employee ID
