How to prepare for my video visit?
If you are planning to use a mobile device for your visit:
- Download the Froedtert & MCW app by visiting froedtert.com/app.
- Download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app (optional) by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Complete PreCheck-In. You can do this up to three days before your appointment by using the Froedtert & MCW app or by visiting my.froedtert.com and logging in to your account.
- Start your visit at your scheduled appointment time through the Froedtert & MCW app.

If you are planning to use a desktop/laptop computer for your visit:
- Complete PreCheck-In. You can do this up to three days before your appointment by visiting my.froedtert.com and logging in to your account.
