What is the Duo subscription?
The Duo plan is a subscription with Here Health that allows you to invite your partner or spouse to join your membership and access the same benefits as you.
Can I invite more than one person?
You can only invite one partner/spouse to join your account at a time.
What is the age requirement for inviting someone?
The person you invite to your subscription must be at least 18 years old.
When can I invite a partner to join my membership?
When you sign up for a Duo membership, you'll be prompted to invite your partner then. If you don't invite them at that time, you can always go into your account and invite them later.
How do I invite a partner to join my membership after I've signed up?
To invite a partner to join your membership:
- Open the app
- Select "My Account"
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Select your Here Health account
- Select "Invite a Member"
- Follow the prompts to add someone to your Here Health account
How does my partner accept an invitation?
Your partner will receive a link to join your membership via text message. They will need to download the Froedtert & MCW app, where they will be prompted to create a Here Health account.
What happens if my partner doesn't accept the invitation?
If your partner doesn't accept the invitation, they won't have an account and will be unable to use the membership benefits.
Can I resend the invitation link if my partner did not receive it?
You can resend the link to your partner at any time through the app.
- Select "My Account"
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Select your Here Health account
- Select "Resend Invite" next to your partner's name
Is there a limit to how many times I can send the invitation link?
There is no limit to how many times you can send the invitation link to your partner.
Can I change my partner after they've joined my subscription?
As an account owner, you have the ability to remove your partner on your account and add someone new at any time.
What if my partner already has a Here Health subscription, can I still invite them to join my subscription?
If your partner already has a subscription and you want to be on a Duo subscription together, one of you can cancel your Single subscription and join the other partner's Duo subscription.
Does my partner need to pay anything to join my subscription?
As account owner, you will be responsible for the full cost of the Duo membership. We are not responsible for your partner paying any monetary portion on your account.
What services or benefits does my partner receive once they join?
Your partner will receive all the same services and benefits as the account owner. The only feature they won't have access to is account management.
How do I know if my partner has successfully joined my subscription?
When your partner has joined your subscription, you'll be able to see if it was successful by going to Here Health subscription and seeing if they are registered under "Active Members."
Can I cancel the invitation after it has been sent?
Once sent, you won't be able to cancel the invitation. However, you can remove any member from your account after they've joined.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, your partner will receive an email notifying them that they've been removed from your subscription and will lose access to the Duo subscription benefits.
Can my partner make changes to the subscription?
Your partner won't have account management access, so they won't be able to make changes to the subscription. They will be able to make changes to their personal profile.
