Before your scheduled video appointment, we may ask you to:
- Complete a health questionnaire about your current health and any concerns
- Schedule any recommended lab work at a convenient Froedtert & MCW location or elsewhere depending on your choice (we'll provide the orders)
- Obtain a weight and blood pressure reading as part of our routine screenings
- Gather your current medications so we can review them together
- Note any health questions you want to discuss
