After your visit, your provider will:
- Send any lab or screening orders to your preferred location
- Document everything in your Epic health record
- Provide follow-up instructions through MyChart
- Arrange any needed referrals to specialists if recommended
- Create a preventive care plan outlining next steps
All results and follow-up information will be available in your MyChart account.
