How is the chat feature different from sending my doctor a message in MyChart?

With the chat feature, you can message your Here Health care team 24/7. You’ll typically receive a response within two hours. We’ll address your needs via chat, or your clinician may request a real-time video call if necessary. Here Health uses chat messages, not MyChart, to communicate with patients. You may still communicate with your other doctors via MyChart as you normally do.
