How can I view my records in MyChart?

To view your records:

• Sign in to the Froedtert & MCW app
• Select "MyChart"
• Select "Menu"
• Scroll down to "My Records" to view test results, vaccines, visits, etc.
• Select "Request Medical Records" to request a copy of your medical records
