If you're not satisfied with your care, you can cancel your subscription at any time. All subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You need to cancel within 10 days of your upcoming auto-renewal to avoid additional charges.
To cancel your subscription:
- Sign in to the Froedtert & MCW app
- Select Account
- Select Subscriptions
- Select Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription
