Troubleshooting Android Errors

We are aware that some Android users may experience technical difficulties when accessing certain MyChart functions via the Froedtert & MCW app.

You may experience some of the issues listed below.

  • Blank screens
  • Unable to access certain items in MyChart such as, Messages, Test Results, etc.
  • Unable to complete PreCheck-In

This issue can happen when your Froedtert & MCW app is due for an update. Please visit the Google Play store to download the most recent version.  www.froedtert.com/app 

 

If you do not wish to update your app, you may access your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account via my.froedtert.com. If you need additional assistance with your account, please submit a request through the Digital Assistant or call us at 414-777-0900. We appreciate your patience.
