We are aware that some Android users may experience technical difficulties when accessing certain MyChart functions via the Froedtert & MCW app.
You may experience some of the issues listed below.
- Blank screens
- Unable to access certain items in MyChart such as, Messages, Test Results, etc.
- Unable to complete PreCheck-In
This issue can happen when your device has too many temporary files saved. These extra files can prevent the page from loading correctly.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
- Navigate to “Apps” or “Applications”.
- Select the Froedtert & MCW app.
- Select “Storage”
- Select “Clear Cache”
- Select "Clear Data"
If you do not wish clear cache on your Android device, you may access your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account via my.froedtert.com.
