Troubleshooting Android Errors

We are aware that some Android users may experience technical difficulties when accessing certain MyChart functions via the Froedtert & MCW app.

You may experience some of the issues listed below.

  • Blank screens
  • Unable to access certain items in MyChart such as, Messages, Test Results, etc.
  • Unable to complete PreCheck-In

This issue can happen when your device has too many temporary files saved. These extra files can prevent the page from loading correctly.

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to “Apps” or “Applications”.
  3. Select the Froedtert & MCW app.
  4. Select “Storage
  5. Select “Clear Cache”
  6. Select "Clear Data"

If you do not wish clear cache on your Android device, you may access your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account via my.froedtert.com.
