If you have a Froedtert & MCW MyChart account, you can sign in to view an electronic copy of your after-visit summary by pressing Visits > scroll to Past Visits to find the date of your virtual visit > click View After Visit Summary to see the discharge instructions. Click View Notes to see the detailed notes from the visit.
