Can I still be seen for in-person care?

If chat or video care are not the right level of care for your health needs, we'll refer you for in-person care. If you choose one of our locations, we can help you schedule an in-person appointment. However, in-person care isn't covered by the membership fee and will be billed to your insurance or you directly.
