After this date, Here Health will no longer be available for chat or video visits. We continue to offer other resources for you to get the high-quality, convenient care you need.
What this means for Here Health subscribers:
- Here Health Visits: Here Health will continue to be available through 11:59 p.m. Central Time July 30, 2026.
- Medical Records: Your health information remains secure and accessible through the Froedtert & MCW electronic health record system, MyChart.

Monthly Subscribers:
- Monthly Billing: Your monthly Here Health subscription plan will no longer be billed.

Annual Subscribers:
- Here Health Reimbursement: We value the trust you placed in us by choosing an annual subscription. To honor that commitment, we will reimburse your membership fee, minus any discounts that may have been applied. You don't need to take any action; look for a credit to your original payment method within 30 days.

- On-Demand Video Visit: No appointment needed. Virtual care available via mobile app or webcam for $49. Most major insurances accepted. Get treated for common conditions without leaving your home. Learn more.

Scheduled Primary Care Virtual Visit: Virtual appointments for new and existing patients are offered at the cost of a clinic visit. See your regular doctor or clinician or choose from others with open appointments. Learn more.
- E-Visit: Patients who already have a Froedtert & MCW doctor or clinician can get care for minor conditions by answering symptom questions anytime, 24/7. A clinician will review your answers and medical history, then provide next steps for your care – often within two hours or the next morning if submitted after hours. Learn more.
- MyChart: You can view your health records at any time via MyChart. Patients who already have a Froedtert & MCW doctor or clinician can message their care team members via MyChart, as well.
