What’s changing with the Froedtert & MCW app?
The Froedtert & MCW app has been updated with a new look and navigation. You will continue to have access to MyChart and the features you rely on, including:
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Messaging your care team
- Viewing test results
- Reviewing medications and health records
For the best experience, please update the app prior to Oct. 26 if you haven't already done so.
Once the app is updated, accessing your account is simple:
- Review and accept the terms and conditions. The first time you sign in after updating the app, you'll be prompted to accept the terms and conditions, including the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Sign in with your username and password. After signing in for the first time, you can easily enable biometric login, including Face ID and Touch ID. Learn how.
