When logged in to your account, or when accessing a proxy account, go to the Menu > My Record section > click Health Summary > click on the Immunization tab.
Immunizations that have been completed within the Froedtert & MCW health network will display here. If you have connected your MyChart account to another organization, a separate tab with those records will additionally appear, you will need to click that organization’s tab to view those records. To print records, simply click the printer icon in the upper right.
