Linking your MyChart account to another organization lets you see your health information from both organizations in one place. This does not change what your care team has access to in your electronic medical record.
- Navigate to MyChart on www.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app.
- Select Menu (☰)
- Scroll down to Sharing
- Select Link My Accounts
- Search for the organization you'd like to link
- Follow the instructions based on that organization's requirements
You may need to verify your identity using your date of birth, phone number, or entering your login information for that organization. You can unlink an organization at any time by following the same steps, selecting the organization, and choosing Unlink.
