How do I find my appointments in MyChart?

You can view all your upcoming and past appointments in your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account. 

  1. Navigate to MyChart on www.my.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app. 
  2. Select Visits. 
  3. Your Upcoming Visits will always be listed first. If you do not see a future visit, select Load More.
  4. Scroll down to view your Past Visits.
  5. If you do not see the date you're looking for, select Load More.
