How do I find my appointments in MyChart?

You can view all your upcoming and past appointments in your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account. Follow the instructions below based on how you are signed in.

Via web browser:

  1. Visit my.froedtert.com to log in to your account.
  2. Select Visits.
  3. Your Upcoming Visits will always be listed first. If you do not see a future visit, select Load More.
  4. Scroll down to view your Past Visits.

Via Froedtert & MCW App:

  1. Log into the Froedtert & MCW app.
  2. On the Home screen, you will see your next appointment.
  3. To see future visits, select MyChart.
  4. Select Visits.
  5. Your Upcoming Visits will always be listed first. If you do not see a future visit, select Load More.
  6. Scroll down to view your Past Visits.
