How do I send a MyChart message?

You can send your care team a message in MyChart, request assistance with billing, and more by following the steps below: 

  1. Navigate to MyChart on www.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app.
  2. Select Messages
  3. Select Send a Message
  4. Follow the prompts based on the type of message you’d like to send
  5. Enter a Subject and your Message (both are required)
  6. To include a document or photo, select Attach in the lower-left corner.
  7. Choose the file you’d like to attach
  8. Select Send
