How do I send a MyChart message?

Via web browser:

  1. Visit my.froedtert.com to log in to your account
  2. Under the welcome message, select Messages
  3. Select Send a Message
  4. Follow the prompts based on the type of message you’d like to send
  5. Enter a Subject and your Message (both are required)
  6. To include a document or photo, select Attach in the lower-left corner.
  7. Choose the file you’d like to attach
  8. Select Send

Via Froedtert & MCW App:

  1. Log into the Froedtert & MCW app
  2. Under Shortcuts, select Messages
  3. Select Send a Message
  4. Follow the prompts based on the type of message you’d like to send
  5. Enter a Subject and your Message (both are required)
  6. To include a document or photo, select Attach in the lower-left corner.
  7. Choose the file you’d like to attach
  8. Select Send
