If you receive your prescriptions from an outside pharmacy, such as Walgreens or CVS, please contact that pharmacy directly for refills.
If you use a Froedtert & MCW pharmacy, you can easily request a refill through your MyChart account.
Via web browser:
- Visit my.froedtert.com to log in to your account
- Select Medications
- Find the medication you’d like to refill and select Request Refill
- Select any other medications you may want refilled
- Select Next
- Choose the Delivery Method
- If you choose to pick up at Froedtert Pharmacy, select the pharmacy
- Select Next
- Review your responses
- Select Submit
Via Froedtert & MCW App:
- Log into the Froedtert & MCW app
- Scroll down to Shortcuts and select Medications
- Find the medication you’d like to refill and select Request Refill
- Select any other medications you may want refilled
- Select Next
- Choose the Delivery Method
- If you choose to pick up at a Froedtert Pharmacy, select the pharmacy
- Select Next
- Review your responses
- Select Submit
