Members of your care team are removed automatically from MyChart after three years if you haven’t had a scheduled or canceled appointment. However, you can hide someone’s name from your care team by following the steps below.
- Navigate to MyChart either on www.my.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app.
- Select Menu (☰) in the top left corner.
- Select View Care Team.
- Select the name of the provider you’re looking to hide.
- Select Hide provider.
Note: If you select the wrong person to hide, you can easily unhide them. At the top of the screen, select the filter Show hidden providers, then select the person’s name and select Unhide provider.
