How do I schedule a lab appointment?

If your doctor or clinician ordered lab tests for you to complete, you can schedule them online using MyChart. It’s quick and easy to choose a time and location that works best for you.

You may also get a text message or email reminding you to schedule your lab appointment.

Via web browser:

1. Visit my.froedtert.com to log in to your account.
2. Select Schedule an Appointment.
3. At the top of the screen, look for Ready to Schedule.
4. Select Schedule next to the lab you want to schedule. If you have more than one lab order, you do not need to select each one.
5. Follow the steps to choose a location, date and time that work for you.

Via Froedtert & MCW App:

1. Log into the Froedtert & MCW app.
2. On the Home screen, select Book an Appointment.
3. Select Schedule an Appointment.
4. At the top of the screen, look for Ready to Schedule.
5. Select Schedule next to the lab you want to schedule. If you have more than one lab order, you do not need to select each one.
6. Follow the steps to choose a location, date and time that work for you.
