Log in to your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account. If you are using the F&MCW app, press Book an Appointment. Click Schedule an Appointment. You can choose a Provider or Reason for Visit. Follow the prompts based on the type of appointment you'd like to schedule. Learn more by watching the video below.
