A MyChart E-Visit is a quick and convenient way to connect with the care you need. You'll answer a series of questions about your current symptoms or concerns and our doctors and clinicians will review your answers, along with your medical history, and send you a message with the recommended next steps for your care.
- Navigate to MyChart on www.my.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app
- Select Menu (☰) icon in the top left corner
- Select E-Visit.
- Follow the prompts to complete your online questionnaire and submit your E-Visit for review.
- A Froedtert & MCW provider will review your answers and send you a MyChart message with the recommended next steps for care.
