How do I update my preferred pharmacy?

To update your preferred pharmacy please sign in to your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account and select Medications.

  1. Click Go to Manage My Pharmacies at the top of the screen
  2. Click +Add a pharmacy
  3. Search your pharmacy by name or zip code 
  4. Click the name of the pharmacy to add
  5. Click Remove to delete any previous preferred pharmacy

Please note, we are aware of an error while searching pharmacies using zip code. Please only enter the name of the pharmacy and the city in the search field while our team works to resolve this issue.
