How do I update my insurance in MyChart?

To update or add insurance coverage, please sign in to your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account.

  1. Navigate to MyChart on www.my.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app 
  2. Select Menu (☰) in the top left corner.
  3. Scroll down and select Insurance Summary.
  4. To make changes to your current plan, select Update coverage.
  5. To add a new plan, select Add a coverage.
