How do I update my insurance in MyChart?

To update or add insurance coverage, please sign in to your Froedtert & MCW MyChart account.

Via web browser:

  1. Visit my.froedtert.com to log in to your account
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
  3. Scroll down and select Insurance Summary.
  4. To make changes to your current plan, select Update coverage.
  5. To add a new plan, select Add a coverage.

Via Froedtert & MCW App:

  1. Log into the Froedtert & MCW app
  2. Navigate to MyChart
  3. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
  4. Scroll down and select Insurance Summary.
  5. To make changes to your current plan, select Update coverage.
  6. To add a new plan, select Add a coverage.
