How do I view messages in MyChart?

Via web browser:

  1. Visit my.froedtert.com to log in to your account
  2. Under the Welcome message, select Messages
  3. Find the message by checking the date it may have been received
  4. If you don’t see a message in Conversations, look in another folder under Message Center.

Via Froedtert & MCW App:

  1. Log into the Froedtert & MCW app
  2. Under Shortcuts, select Messages
  3. Find the message by checking the date it may have been received
  4. If you don’t see a message in Conversations, look in another folder under Message Center.
