How do I remove someone who can access my account?

If someone has proxy access to your Froedtert & MCW account, you can revoke their access by following the steps below. 

  1. Navigate to MyChart on www.my.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app.
  2. Select Menu (☰) in the top left corner, scroll to bottom.
  3. Select Personalize.
  4. Find the section Who can see my record?
  5. Under the proxy’s name, select Remove.
