How do I remove a patient’s information from my account?

If you no longer need proxy access to a patient's MyChart information, you can remove them from your account by following the steps below. 

  1. Navigate to MyChart either on www.my.froedtert.com or the Froedtert & MCW app.
  2. Select Menu (☰) in the top left corner, scroll to bottom.
  3. Select Personalize.
  4. Scroll to the section labeled Whose records can I see?
  5. Find the patient you’d like to remove.
  6. Select Remove.
