How do I remove a patient’s information from my account?

If you have proxy access to a patient's MyChart information that you no longer care for, you can remove the patient from your account by following the steps below. 

 

Froedtert & MCW App Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Froedtert & MCW app.
  2. Select MyChart and choose your profile.
  3. Select Menu (☰) in the top left corner, scroll to bottom.
  4. Select Personalize.
  5. Scroll to the section labeled Whose records can I see?
  6. Find the patient you’d like to remove.
  7. Select Remove.

Browser Instructions

  1. Sign in to www.my.froedtert.com.
  2. Select Menu (☰) in the top left corner, scroll to bottom.
  3. Select Personalize.
  4. Scroll to the section labeled Whose records can I see?
  5. Find the patient you’d like to remove.
  6. Select Remove.
